Resetting a Lost Password is Easy

For security reasons every person has a different and unique password. The system stores these passwords encrypted so if it is lost it will need to be reset. Our support team will not be able to retrieve a lost password for you. Please follow these steps to get started.

1. Click the link "Lost your password?" below
2. Use your email address or login id when it asks to look up your user name
3. Check your email. The system will email you a confirmation to reset your password.
4. Click the reset link in this email
5. Check your email again. The system will email you a new temporary password
6. Use this new password to gain access to the site and then update your profile to change your password
